Owner and Principal Planner Krysta Jo Peticca is Certified through the Wedding Planners Institute of Canada (WPIC), holds a Certificate in Wedding Planning from Humber College, a Post-Graduate Certificate in Sport and Event Marketing as well as a Sociology Degree and a Social Service Worker Diploma.

Krysta strongly believes that you should never stop learning and attributes much of her success to her eclectic range of training and education. She has five years of experience in marketing and events at a top Credit Card company where she was able to work on high profile and exclusive premium events. She has experience creating both small and large events but her true passion is weddings.

Krysta has always done things a little bit differently and prides herself on thinking outside the box.  She has a unique creative eye and enjoys challenging the norm.

Wedding Planners Institute of Canada - Code Of Ethics

WPIC Certified Wedding Coordinators are held to higher standards then your “regular” planners.  We take this Industry seriously, so seriously that we got trained and formally educated in Wedding Coordination.

Graduates of The Wedding Planners Institute of Canada must abide by the following Code of Ethics or they can be stripped of their Certification and disbarred from the WPIC Alumni Association.

  • We do not accept kickbacks (money for referrals) from vendors. Vendors must know that the clients are the recipients of any discounts given.
  • We treat each client fairly, and we will be honest and upfront in the representation of our clients.
  • We uphold our ethics. We will not take or attempt to take clients from, or discredit, other vendors with gossip or slander.
  • Every client will receive a detailed contract for Wedding Day Direction, Destination or Full Wedding Coordination services.
  • We will provide all services agreed upon in the contract that must be signed by both the client and Coordinator at the commencement of service.
  • We believe in continuous education, networking and training within the Wedding Industry.
  • Our pricing is upfront and industry comparable.
  • We will make every effort to return calls and emails in a timely manner. (Within 48 hrs.)
  • We always endeavour to benefit our client and not ourselves. Vendors are suggested on merit, in the best interests of the client, not ourselves or the vendor suggested.
  • We can not guarantee your wedding will be perfect, but we can guarantee we will do everything within our power to make sure it is as close to perfection as it can be.

Our Full Planning & Design Package is an all-inclusive package designed for couples who may not have time to plan their dream wedding on their own. We will work with you from the beginning, taking your ideas from concept to reality while navigating all of the steps in between. Full Planning & Design also includes everything in the Wedding Day Management Package.

Partial Planning

Our Partial Planning Package is ideal for couples who need some guidance throughout the planning process but do not the inclusiveness of our Full Planning & Design Package.  Our Partial Planning Package is completely customizable based on your needs and includes everything in the Wedding Day Management Package.

Wedding Day Management

This package is created for those who have taken on and conquered planning but are looking for some help managing the big day. 

Starting 6-8 weeks before the wedding, we will meet with you to discuss everything that has been put in place and from there we will create and finalize itineraries, checklists and take over vendor discussions. We will be on site at the rehearsal and the actual wedding day to manage all aspects and ensure you have the best day possible.

Consultations are for those who want to plan the bulk of their wedding but need support in some areas. Whether you are looking for creative inspiration, colour scheme design, budget help, specific vendor recommendations, or something else, we are here to help guide you.

Investment begins at $150 for the first hour and $50 for each additional hour
